AMSEA Fishing Vessel Drill Conductor workshops meet the U.S. Coast Guard training requirements for drill conductors on documented commercial fishing vessels operating beyond the federal boundary line. The workshop is offered at no cost to commercial fishermen thanks to support from the U.S. Coast Guard, DCCED, and NIOSH.
